My PAST, My PRESENT and My FUTURE

We have been through a lot for the past 10 years of being together and knowing each other.

From being strangers, to enemies, to friends and then becoming partners. We have been through a lot of bumpy roads and we've been together through those bumpy rides.
I am just so proud of US, still being together despite our differences, flaws, and the distance between us.

Thank you for making me feel loved, for your loyalty, for your patience and understanding, for your imperfections, for everything that you showed and taught me about life.

HAPPY  ANNIVERSARY
to the man who owns my heart, to my PAST , to my PRESENT and I am praying that you will continue to be my FUTURE for a lifetime.

I may not always say it bluntly, but
I have loved you for more years than I could remember and I will continue to love you with the Lord's guidance. :)

I am trully blessed to have such a great man as my partner.

SHARE THE LOVE

My definition of Christmas is simply "TO SHARE / GIVE"

Sharing the blessing that the good Lord has provided us for the past year of our lives is our simple way of giving back or to simply thank him for all the good things that has been bestowed to us.

For me and my Family, the essence of Christmas is not just sharing and giving gifts to our immediate relatives but also to the other people especially street kids who are not blessed with financial abundance.

This year we gathered all street kids around the subdivision at four in the afternoon to give them simple joys with candies and small amount of money. For some it may not be much but it means a lot to the kids; and me and my family also enjoyed spending the afternoon with the kids, just laughing, singing and dancing.

We plan to do this every Christmas to show everyone that we can all share our blessings even with small amount of money, cause through sharing and giving we will be able to praise our good Lord for all his great blessings to everyone of us. We do not need a lot of money to have a giving heart we just need to make it possible by opening our arms and hearts to other people like what God did to all of us.

And at the end of each day, we should always be thankful for everything. For every blessing, opportunity, lessons and trials that came into our lives because through those blessings we learn to appreciate more of our lives and existence in this world. :)

Merry Christmas everyone
and Cheers to a Blessed New Year!

Everyday Beauty Essentials

I recently went to a derm clinic to have my basic facial done and the staff there complimented my skin for having small pores despite wearing makeup everyday. I was told that I don’t actually need to have my facial done since my face is flawless, but still I want to have it done since I get bothered when I see small zits on my face. They recommended monthly sessions of diamond peel instead of having a facial. So to actually share what I do to somewhat maintain a younger looking skin or for smaller pores.

Here are my everyday beauty tips / essentials that I find effective:
1) Never forget to exfoliate your skin once in a while, as for me I use St. Ives apricot Facial scrub. The purpose of using facial scrubs is to actually massage your face while cleaning not just the superficial skin but also the pores underneath the skin. The next important thing is to always

(2) Moisturize your face, there are a lot of moisturizers on the market that you can choose from but for me the best one is a Jergens aloe Vera moisturizer because not only that its price is reasonable but I also love  the fact that it’s not sticky like other moisturizers.

Then after this 2 basics, the next thing that you need to really consider is to (3) choose the makeup / beauty products that you will use. It’s essential to have a good blend of foundation / BB cream / CC cream that will maintain your fresh and flawless look throughout the day. As for me, I have a few selections of everyday CC cream / BB cream and foundation that I love to use alternately. Some of which are Mary Kay CC cream, Elf nude BB cream and ponds, natural foundation, I like this product since it’s not sticky, it's hypoallergenic and the fresh look last throughout the day, no need for re-application.

Loose powder retouch is what I need to reapply to maintain the non-oily look on my face especially on the T-zone. For the loose powder, I prefer using Mary Kay or just plain baby powder just to set in the cc cream.

And to complete the fresh look I use a selection of balms and lipsticks to give more color to my face. Some of the lippies that I love is the tinted balm of L’Oreal for a matte finish. Recently, I tried Mary Kay creme lipstick and Zalora’s lipstick collection and I just love it! Since it’s long lasting and it also helps moisturized cracked / dry lips.

And lastly, to emphasize my eyes, I just put eyebrow liner and powder and also a bit of neutral eye shadow and you may also add a bit of mascara to emphasize your lashes.

And that’s my everyday essentials for those who are interested. Please do visit my page to read more of my blogs :)  Thank you
